Wear them only in the gym or ring to protect the sole grip. Air-dry with the laces loosened and wipe with a soft damp cloth.

Most fit true to size and snug. Go half a size up if you have wide feet or wear thick socks.
Can I run in boxing shoes?
No – the thin sole is designed for the ring. Running outdoors wears the grip quickly.
