Gants de boxe à lacets NBNL noir & or métallisé – Poids d'entraînement

Noir et or en 14oz, le poids le plus sous-estimé de la boxe. Assez lourd pour protéger pendant de longs rounds aux pattes d'ours, assez léger pour que vos épaules tiennent au-delà du sixième round.

Pourquoi le 14oz

La plupart des boxeurs possèdent des 12oz et des 16oz et sautent le poids intermédiaire. C'est une erreur si vous faites beaucoup de pattes d'ours : le 12oz expose vos mains sur une heure de travail, et le 16oz ralentit les enchaînements vifs que les pattes sont censées développer. Care

Air-dry your gloves after every session with the cuffs open. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth, use glove deodorisers, and always wear hand wraps to keep the lining fresh. Never dry on a heater.

What size boxing gloves should I buy?

Most adults use 12–14oz for bag and pad work and 16oz for sparring. Use the weight guide above for your bodyweight.

Lace-up or Velcro – which is better?

Lace-up gives the tightest, most secure fit and is preferred for sparring and fights. Velcro (hook-and-loop) is faster to put on without help, ideal for training alone.

Can I get my name printed on the gloves?
