Do boxing shoes run small?

They are designed to fit snug like a sock. Most people take their usual size; if you have wide feet or wear thick socks, go up half a size.

How should boxing shoes fit?

Your heel should not lift when you rise onto your toes, and your toes should not press hard against the front.
