Return & Refund Policy – PunchPro Boxing

14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, free of odours or marks, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping charges ($19.90 Standard or $24.55 With Box) are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Items that cannot be returned

• Custom or personalised gear (name printing, custom colours or logos), unless faulty
• Hand wraps and groin guards that have been opened or worn, for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards and items marked final sale

How to start a return

1. Email punchboxingpro@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) and the reason for return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Ship the item back with tracking and send us the tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different glove weight or shoe size? Return the item under this policy and place a new order — it is the fastest way to get the right size.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your gear arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund.
